| Will provide office furniture to the Grand Prize Winner to enable them to thrive in EmergeMemphis. The winner can expect to receive a brief consultation and appropriate start-up furniture for the company including a minimum of a desk, an office chair, and other appropriate items to be determined. |

| Accounting and financial services are necessary to help solidify financial statements and projections for any new company. Because Thompson Dunavant understands the value of the Business Plan Competition in our community and strives to support entrepreneurs and their endeavors in the Mid-South, they will provide the Grand Prize Winner with up to 10 hours of financial consulting during their initial start-up phase. |
